Being home is about sharing our lives with the people we know and love. We want to see you. We want to talk to you. We want you to meet David, and we want him to meet you.
Phone calls are welcome between 10 am and 10 pm. If we don’t answer, do leave a message with your phone number. (We do not have caller ID on our home line, so we won’t know who called otherwise.)
For the remainder of 2011, visitors are welcome when scheduled in advance (even if only briefly in advance). You can’t come over if you’re sick, and you have to wash your hands before you hold David, but please don’t worry about our stamina for visitors or our need for alone time. Florida was full of alone time.
David’s checkup today was great—he is healthy and happy, and as of this afternoon he is now on a regular formula mix instead of a high-calorie mix. We still have cleaning and unpacking and child care to do, but we want that to be mixed in with seeing people.
