This site is about our personal path to parenthood through adoption. We successfully adopted a beautiful baby boy in December 2011 in Florida. The birthparents chose us in July 2011, after looking at profiles of various prospective adoptive families. We welcome conversation in person, by phone, or by email.

From this day forward
David Alexander was born on Thursday, and became our son this afternoon. We feel blessed and overwhelmed and joyful, and we want to hold onto this feeling, and our son, forever.
