fireguy: person on a firetruck
guest bed: any large bed
guy: any adult doing something interesting, such as fireguys, motorguys, construction workers, performers, and truck drivers
happy day: happy birthday
home right now: you are no longer entertaining me sufficiently wherever I currently am (not used at home)
horseyride (also horseyrider): 1. riding on a horse; 2. riding on someone’s back while they are kneeling; 3. riding on someone’s shoulders
hungry time: time for a snack or a meal
ice water: please take me to Starbucks so I can get an ice water
jama: pajama
juggler house: science museum, where we’ve seen a juggling show several times
juice wine: grape juice
meno: melon
motorguy: person riding a motortiger
motortiger: motorcycle
my own self: myself (used with increasing frequency as Dayday’s mastery of the arcana of various chores increases)
nappy time: time to go to sleep for a nap or for the night
pakes: pancakes
park right now (opt. please): you are no longer entertaining me sufficiently at home (only used at home)
pretty full: any degree of fullness, from partial to overflowing; can be applied to dumpies and Dayday
rain head: shower
smoke salmon: any salmon that he wants to eat
team up: clean up
tiny booboo: any injury, current or remembered
tiny mess: any mess, real or imagined
wake time: time to get up, generally used when it’s actually nappy time
