This site is about our personal path to parenthood through adoption. We successfully adopted a beautiful baby boy in December 2011 in Florida. The birthparents chose us in July 2011, after looking at profiles of various prospective adoptive families. We welcome conversation in person, by phone, or by email.

Ready to travel
After many months and a lot of help from both the consulate and Google Translate, we now have David’s German birth certificate and passport.
